Meet Me in Montavilla is a marketing service provided by the Montavilla East Tabor Business Association (METBA).  The project aims to attract visitors to Montavilla, and deepen the knowledge of the neighborhood by developing historic art installations.  Funded by Prosper, Venture Portland, and supported by PBOT, this project is managed by METBA and offered free of charge to all neighborhood businesses.
